Aari embroidery Pani Stitch By Prisara@321123 0 Comments Posted on February 14, 2025 Pani Stitch or water flowing stitch is just the simple chain stitch however it changes the overall look of the design. Whenever you wantedba design to be grand you can use the Pani Stitch. It can be used to fill a design or can also be used as fillers to connect the designs. First draw the heart shapes like shown in picture. The hearts should not be too big or small. It should be formed with nice curves and bends to give a proper shape. Start with the chain stitch and continue in the heart shape drawn. The chain stitches should be small and equal in size. Make sure the curves and bends are followed on the drawing correctly. Practise for 2-3 lines and it will be easy. Once you practise in a straight line try to draw a circle and fill the Pani Stitch inside the circle. While filling a design or any shape you should not draw the hearts. You should randomly fill the design without any drawing or tracing. Here I have shown how to fill a mango design with Pani Stitch. Draw a small mango and complete with double chain stitch. After completing single line put a small chain and turn the direction and complete the double chain stitch without gaps between the two lines. Start with the Pani Stitch from one corner and start filling the design. You should randomly fill the design without any tracing or drawing. Make sure you do not follow any pattern to fill the design. It should be randomly filled and the distance and gaps should be maintained equally throughout the stitch. The starting and the end of the stitch should not be easily found. After completing 3-4 shapes try to fill the Pani Stitch as fillers connecting the designs. Again you should do it randomly without any tracing or drawing. Once you learn the stitch it is very easy and this stitch is used for all designs. This is a very important and nice fillers or filling stitch. You can do it in zari or with two silk threads or with one zari and one silk thread.
