Once you get in touch with us we share the measurement chart and get the details required for customized stitching and incase if you do not know to take measurements we share our guide video which helps you to take the measurements or we also recommend you to walk to he nearest tailor and help him get your measurements. If incase any of these options did not work for you then we recommend to send your measurement fabric via courier.

Not only the color you have the options to choose the fabric, change the pattern for the neck add any extras like zip, back knot, change the border and much more. All options will be shared to you before your order is confirmed and the prices will be discussed.

Sorry we do not have options to return the product as we share the pictures and videos via WhatsApp before sending the product. Incase you have any changes it will be made before dispatch. If the product is found damaged full refund or new product will be exchanged on only with a condition of providing opening video proof of damage if not it will not be eligible for any refund or damage claim.

Incase of customized stitching or readymade we do not have options to return the products as extra margins on both sides are given for adjusting. In case of rare scenario of change of measurements or not fitting at all then options will be given after reviewing the order. Please contact customer support for these complaints and we take high priority to get it resolved at the earliest.

We rent bridal blouses, Lehangas and jewellery for your big days. Deposit amount will be taken once the order is confirmed (vdeposit amount varies according to the product you choose). Once we get the item back we will review for any damage,strains,stones follen or any other issues and deduct the amount accordingly and refund the balance amount within 2 days. If no damages found the rental amount will be deducted as per the agreed amount at the time of booking and balance will be refunded.

When we send the product and if it is lost we take full responsibility and refund your amount. Incase if the product is damaged while courier we need a video proof of packing in details with the full product shown clearly and slowly in video before sending it to us and once received we review and the damages will be not be charged. Once it is shipped we need the tracking on the same day to claim if it is lost or amount will be deducted according to the product. Incase the tracking is given we do not charge for lost products.
