Booking and Cancellation Policies

*Before the payment is made if you have any queries please feel free to contact us or whatsapp us on +91 8951212424.

*Once order placed we do not have any cancellation and refund policy.

*Confirm the delivery date before placing the order. In case of urgent orders, confirm and make the payment.

*The delivery time is by default 10-15 days. Incase of multiple orders it may take 20-30 days according to your orders.

*No cancellation or refund accepted for delay in order as we will update you when the order is being processed.

*Before dispatch we will share the picture and video for you to confirm or make any changes.

*No return policy after receiving the orders except for damaged products (acceptable only with video proof from courier opening).

*Without full opening video from courier opening it is not accepted for any refund and replacement. Video should start from courier opening. If the courier is already opened and the video is shot after that it is not accepted.

*In case of damaged product with video proof full refund or same product can be replaced.

*Color will vary 10-20% for pics and videos and we do not accept any refund or replacement.
